Course Title & Overview: MENTORING SKILLS
Mentoring is a highly effective way to provide one to one development and support to others. The course will show the delegate what mentoring is and how it differs from coaching and other forms of people development. It provides advice on how to manage the mentoring relationship and the role and responsibilities of both the mentor and the mentee.
